Watching your child struggle is hard. Whether it's trouble focusing at school, big emotions that feel impossible to manage, or anxiety that's creeping into everyday life, we are here to help you and your child find a path forward , together.
Whether you're managing anxiety, navigating a big life transition, or finally ready to address something you've carried for years, you deserve care that treats you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.
Every story is different, but here are some of the areas I most often support. Wherever you're starting from, we'll figure out what's really going on together and build a plan that actually fits you.
ADHD looks different in every person, sometimes it's trouble sitting still, sometimes it's a mind that never stops racing, and sometimes it's quietly struggling to keep up despite trying so hard. I take time to understand how ADHD actually shows up for you or your child before recommending any treatment path, whether that's medication, behavioral strategies, or both. My goal isn't just symptom control, it's helping you or your child feel capable and understood again.
Anxiety can show up as constant worry, physical symptoms like a racing heart or upset stomach, or intrusive thoughts that feel impossible to quiet. OCD often hides behind rituals or routines that bring only brief relief. Together, we'll look at what's driving these patterns, not just naming them, and build a treatment plan that may include medication, lifestyle changes, or coordination with your therapist, so relief feels lasting rather than temporary.
Depression isn't always sadness, it can look like exhaustion, numbness, irritability, or simply feeling like yourself has gone missing. Mood disorders can also shift in ways that are confusing to name on your own. I take a careful, whole-person approach to understand your unique pattern before recommending treatment, so we find what actually helps you feel like yourself again, not just a generic protocol.
Trauma can shape how we think, feel, and relate to others long after the event itself has passed, and it doesn't always look the way people expect. Every question I ask and every recommendation I make is grounded in creating safety and trust first. Whether trauma is a small part of your story or a central one, you'll be met with patience, not pressure.
