True healing happens when we look at the whole person. While medication is a crucial tool, I found that lasting well-being comes from a deeper integration of mind and body. That’s why my practice uniquely blends expert medication management with foundational support in nutrition, gut health, and practical lifestyle strategies.
Sariette "Sara" is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse practitioner (PMHNP) with Full Practice Autonomy in the state of Illinois. She has been practicing since 2021 and specializes in supporting kids, teens and adults dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, Trauma and others.
Away from the practice, she is outnumbered by two wonderful kids and many plants, nurturing them all with the same patience and heart she brings to her clients. She also enjoys relaxing, outdoorsy activities to stay grounded and recharge.
Every visit is centered around you and your unique needs. During your first appointment, we’ll take the time to listen to your story and complete a thorough assessment to better understand what you’re experiencing. If needed, lab tests or additional evaluations may be recommended, and medications prescribed to support your health and well-being.
During your follow-up visits, we’ll focus on creating a personalized treatment plan designed to promote healing and help you maintain a sustained, balanced state of health and wellness.
